First Attempt at Slush Casting Resin

It doesn't look very good from this side, but here is my first attempt at a slush casting.

Varian Wrynn Cosplay - Wig!

I created a base for my Varian Wrynn wig. It is a little heavy in the back with the ponytail, so the stand needed to be able to support it.

The blue resin gems, removed from the paint tray mold. They will need a little sanding to smooth the out, but I am quite pleased with the results. The center of the tray produced the larger blue disk.

Varian Wrynn Cosplay - Gem Update 2

Here a paint tray serves as the mold for creating the gems for Varian Wrynn's shoulder armor. (4 on each) There was some resin left over, so I poured it into the center of the tray.

Spent about 10 hours painting the armor. Still a lot of work to be done, but it went over quite well at the party. Unfortunately  an overly enthusiastic admirer poked a nail through the paint and into the foam. Nothing to serious, I just need to do a little repair
